Responsibility
- Identify and engage with potential MSME clients in Bali through outreach, networking, and field visits.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand business pain points and recommend tailored Majoo solutions.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of Majoo’s digital tools.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to position Majoo as the preferred solution.
- Participate in local business events and workshops to expand Majoo’s brand presence in Bali.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of 2+ years in sales, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Familiarity with digital solutions for businesses (POS systems, CRM, or e-commerce tools is a plus).
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding quotas.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and engage in fieldwork as needed.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are advantageous.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, or sales tools.
