Responsibility
- Engage with potential customers through various channels (in-person, phone, email) to promote products and services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to maximize earnings through incentives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving performance and customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, retail, or customer service (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools) is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in a casual or part-time capacity, including weekends or evenings if required.
- Passion for learning and adapting to new sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
