Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of Orro Home’s offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Address client concerns and objections professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the home, lifestyle, or retail industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
