Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and corporate clients through regular visits, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling, networking, and market research to expand the client base.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and sales teams to ensure deep understanding of Orro Home’s offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and promotional campaign execution.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of at least 2+ years in B2B or retail sales, preferably in home products, furniture, or related industries.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently in a target-based environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and analysis.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s retail and dealer landscape is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
