Responsibility
- Conduct targeted LinkedIn searches to identify and qualify potential leads based on ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
- Craft personalized connection requests and follow-up messages to engage prospects professionally and effectively.
- Manage and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with lead data, interactions, and notes for tracking.
- Monitor LinkedIn analytics to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies for higher conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead criteria and prioritize high-value opportunities.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to inform outreach and positioning strategies.
- Schedule and coordinate introductory calls or meetings between prospects and sales representatives.
- Maintain a consistent and professional brand presence on LinkedIn through regular activity and engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales support, or virtual assistance (LinkedIn experience is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a professional tone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or similar platforms.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and lead qualification frameworks.
- Reliable internet connection and proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Based in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung) with availability for part-time hours (flexible schedule).
