Responsibility
- Research and identify high-potential B2B leads, focusing on C-level executives and key decision-makers in target industries.
- Initiate and nurture outbound communications (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages) to engage prospects and generate interest in our clients' products/services.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with C-level executives, ensuring alignment with sales team availability and client objectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions, appointment outcomes, and follow-up actions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored outreach strategies and messaging for different industries and buyer personas.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and appointment setting targets, contributing to overall sales pipeline growth.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, appointment success rates, and feedback from prospects to optimize strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in B2B lead generation and appointment setting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1+ years) in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or inside sales, preferably targeting C-level executives.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and persuade high-level decision-makers.
- Strong research skills to identify and qualify leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace for tracking and reporting.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a remote, part-time capacity with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus but not required.
- Ability to handle rejection, stay persistent, and maintain a positive attitude in a high-pressure sales environment.
- Experience working with international clients or in a remote setting is highly desirable.
