Responsibility

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali’s logistics, transportation, hospitality, and corporate sectors.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer pain points in the region.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to C-level executives, business owners, and key decision-makers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Cartrack’s marketing and technical teams to tailor solutions that meet clients’ specific needs.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure smooth onboarding and customer retention.
  • Regularly report sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the sales management team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the telematics, logistics, or technology sectors.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (additional Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali for client meetings and site visits.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with relevant experience.
