Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in the Bali market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including architects, contractors, and developers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, logistics) to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, preferably in the construction, building materials, or real estate industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and its business landscape is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
