Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of at least 2+ years in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal); additional fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
