Responsibility
- Proactively identify and engage potential SME clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of StoreHub’s SaaS platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective pipeline management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to position StoreHub effectively.
- Document sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system for accurate reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for persuasion.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic understanding of SaaS products or a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Open to fresh graduates and career shifters with a passion for sales.
- Residency or eligibility to work in Bali is required.
