Responsibility

  • Proactively identify and engage potential SME clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of StoreHub’s SaaS platform.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to position StoreHub effectively.
  • Document sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system for accurate reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for persuasion.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a target-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS products or a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Open to fresh graduates and career shifters with a passion for sales.
  • Residency or eligibility to work in Bali is required.
