Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare professionals in Bali
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for assigned pharmaceutical products
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for medical staff and pharmacy personnel
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, trade shows, and promotional events
- Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representatives
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Bali
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
