Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including golf courses, resorts, and retail partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share in Bali and beyond.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to close deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Track sales performance metrics and report on progress to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Passion for golf or a willingness to learn about the industry.
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian, are a plus).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
