Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HVAC sector across Bali, including commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders to drive long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the HVAC market.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate project scoping, pricing, and solution design for HVAC systems.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address feedback to enhance service delivery and retention.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; HVAC-specific education is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the HVAC or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, market dynamics, and customer pain points.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
