Responsibility
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing product/service benefits with confidence and professionalism.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive follow-ups and personalized engagement.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to gather customer insights and refine sales strategies for better conversion rates.
- Participate in training sessions and mentorship programs to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Represent the company at local events, trade shows, or pop-up activations to expand brand visibility.
- Document all sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback in the CRM system for tracking and analysis.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Passionate about sales, customer service, and relationship-building with a can-do attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel locally within Bali (e.g., Canggu, Ubud, Kuta) as required.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or direct sales is a plus but not mandatory.
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of CRM tools or Microsoft Office (training provided).
