Responsibility
- Prepare and encode accurate quotations for clients, ensuring all details align with company policies and customer requirements.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., production, logistics, finance) to verify information and expedite order processing.
- Send approved quotations and sales documents to customers promptly and error-free, maintaining professional communication.
- Follow up on pending quotations and orders, addressing client inquiries and resolving discrepancies to close deals efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transaction histories in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insightful feedback for product and pricing adjustments.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, or client meetings to build brand visibility and relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Proven 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in B2B or manufacturing sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with quotation preparation, order processing, and sales reporting is highly advantageous.
