Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales collateral and campaigns.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales, preferably in B2B or technical industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.

- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
