Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for domestic worker placements.
- Identify and engage potential clients (households, agencies, or businesses) through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend tailored domestic worker solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to secure long-term partnerships.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through follow-ups, feedback collection, and service improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and placement of domestic workers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting domestic worker employment.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or service-based industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) and sales pipeline development.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with the domestic worker industry or willingness to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and digital sales tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
