Responsibility
- Drive the registration and onboarding of merchants for GoPay Merchant Application (GMA) QRIS, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
- Promote and facilitate the rental of GoPay Speaker devices to enhance merchant payment capabilities.
- Introduce and sell Moka Kasir solutions to small and medium-sized businesses, improving their point-of-sale efficiency.
- Conduct market research to identify potential merchants and business opportunities in assigned regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, providing ongoing support and training on digital payment tools.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve merchant inquiries and ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new features in digital payment solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in fintech or digital payments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Familiarity with digital payment systems, QRIS, or POS solutions is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali, particularly to Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Basic technical aptitude to demonstrate and troubleshoot digital payment tools for merchants.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent presentation skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelorâs degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
