This role focuses on onboarding merchants to GoPay Merchant Application (GMA), promoting QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) adoption, and offering innovative products like GoPay Speaker rentals and Moka Kasir POS systems.
As a key player in Indonesia’s fintech revolution, you’ll engage with local businesses in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, helping them modernize their payment infrastructure. This is a contract-based opportunity with potential for growth in a dynamic, fast-paced industry.

Responsibility
- Register and onboard merchants for GoPay Merchant Application (GMA) and QRIS payment systems.
- Promote and lease GoPay Speaker devices to enhance merchant payment capabilities.
- Introduce and sell Moka Kasir POS solutions to small and medium businesses.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for digital payment product adoption.
- Provide training and support to merchants on using GoPay, QRIS, and Moka Kasir systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns and promotions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with digital payments, fintech, or POS systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) for client meetings.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
- Own transportation (motorcycle/car) and a valid driver’s license.
