Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with distributor teams to ensure seamless product distribution and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Bali and Banyuwangi markets is a plus.
