Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to identify and engage potential clients, including businesses, retailers, and distributors.
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to prospective customers, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic planning.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor analysis and customer feedback, to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including activity logs, customer interactions, and revenue projections.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the agribusiness, FMCG, or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with the Bali market (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools or sales management software is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
