Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the assigned region.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in manufacturing, distribution, and industrial sectors.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and sales collateral tailored to client needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and report on performance metrics to senior management.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff, fostering a high-performance culture within the team.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in manufacturing, industrial supplies, or a similar sector.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a regional or international capacity.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel frequently within the region as required.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, procurement processes, and customer pain points in the manufacturing industry.
