Join Staffinc Group as a Sales Executive and drive the adoption of cutting-edge digital payment solutions in Bali’s thriving business landscape. This role focuses on onboarding merchants to GoPay Merchant Application (GMA), promoting QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) adoption, and facilitating the rental of GoPay Speaker systems and Moka Kasir POS solutions.
As a key player in Indonesia’s fintech revolution, you’ll engage with local businesses in high-growth areas like Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta, helping them modernize their payment systems for efficiency and customer convenience. Responsibility
- Conduct outreach and onboarding of merchants for GoPay Merchant Application (GMA) and QRIS integration.
- Promote and facilitate the rental of GoPay Speaker systems to enhance in-store payment experiences.
- Demonstrate and sell Moka Kasir POS solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for digital payment product adoption.
- Provide training and support to merchants on using GoPay, QRIS, and Moka Kasir systems.
- Gather market feedback and report insights to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns and promotions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or fintech.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Familiarity with digital payment systems, POS solutions, or financial technology is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Badung and surrounding areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Own transportation (motorcycle/car) and a valid driver’s license.
