This role focuses on expanding merchant partnerships by promoting GoPay Merchant Application (GMA) QRIS, GoPay Speaker rentals, and Moka Kasir systems to businesses across Bali’s vibrant commercial hubs.

Responsibility
- Register and onboard merchants for GoPay Merchant Application (GMA) QRIS to enable seamless digital payments.
- Promote and facilitate the rental of GoPay Speaker devices to enhance merchant engagement.
- Introduce and deploy Moka Kasir POS systems to streamline business operations for retailers and service providers.
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential merchants and tailor solutions to their needs.
- Provide training and support to merchants on using digital payment tools effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for merchant acquisitions and product activations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and address any technical or operational concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized campaigns and promotional materials.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or fintech, preferably in digital payments or merchant services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with QRIS, e-wallets, or POS systems is a significant advantage.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for technology adoption.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; additional local dialects are a plus.
- Ownership of a motorcycle and valid driver’s license for mobility across Bali.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields is preferred.
