Responsibility
- Register and onboard merchants for GoPay Merchant Application (GMA) QRIS, ensuring seamless integration.
- Promote and facilitate the rental of GoPay Speaker systems to enhance merchant payment capabilities.
- Introduce and implement Moka Kasir solutions to streamline business operations.
- Conduct market research to identify potential merchants and assess their digital payment needs.
- Provide training and support to merchants on using digital payment tools effectively.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a high conversion rate.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in fintech, banking, or digital payments.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Familiarity with QRIS, digital wallets, or POS systems is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel within Bali to engage with merchants.
- Basic understanding of financial technology and merchant services.
- Contract-based role with potential for extension based on performance.
