Responsibility
- Drive the registration and adoption of GoPay Merchant Application (GMA) QRIS among local businesses.
- Promote and manage the rental of GoPay Speaker systems to enhance merchant payment capabilities.
- Introduce and onboard merchants to the Moka Kasir platform for seamless transaction management.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Provide training and support to merchants on digital payment solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in fintech or digital payments.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Familiarity with digital payment systems and merchant solutions is a plus.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel within Bali to engage with clients.
- Basic understanding of financial technology and e-commerce trends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred.
