Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities in the retail and consumer products sector.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and alignment with company policies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales messaging and promotional strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and sales techniques to remain competitive.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of at least 2+ years in sales, preferably in retail, consumer goods, or a related industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
