Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and industry trends
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with campaigns
- Track sales performance metrics and report results to management
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or a related field (1+ years preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (preferred)
- Willingness to travel within Bali as required
