Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Present and demonstrate products/services effectively to potential clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and resolve client issues promptly.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and close deals.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
