Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective planning and execution.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to remain competitive.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or a related field (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
  • Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or sales management software is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous.
  • Passion for building long-term client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
