Responsibility

  • Coordinate and provide administrative support to the Sales Department to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and follow-up of sales promotions, events, and campaigns.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
  • Liaise with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to facilitate seamless sales processes.
  • Manage customer inquiries, orders, and feedback to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of promotional materials.
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets by tracking leads, updating CRM systems, and analyzing market trends.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in sales support, administrative roles, or customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
