Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients purchasing or selling vehicles, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections, assessments, and test drives while explaining features, benefits, and pricing to potential buyers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation, follow-ups, and closing techniques.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Bali market.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory updates in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Carsome’s product knowledge to provide expert advice.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events, roadshows, and digital campaigns to boost brand visibility.
  • Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and objections professionally to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive, retail, or real estate industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle specifications, market values, and financing options (training provided for the right candidate).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, or sales management software.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali for client meetings or events.
