Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for commercial and sanitation vehicles.
- Identify and engage potential clients in both government and private sectors, building long-term business relationships.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Sany’s vehicles.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the target market.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Provide after-sales support and coordinate with the service team to ensure timely delivery and maintenance of vehicles.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive, heavy machinery, or industrial equipment sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in government and private organizations.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions as required.
- Knowledge of the commercial and sanitation vehicle market is a plus.
