Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the food service industry.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in restaurants, supermarkets, and food service businesses.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotional materials.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the commercial refrigeration or food service industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Bali.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
