We specialize in providing premium commercial interior solutions and are seeking a results-driven professional to expand our market footprint.
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, connecting with key stakeholders in the construction and design industries. You will play a pivotal role in driving B2B revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and managing high-value accounts from initial inquiry to project completion. Responsibility
- Identify and prospect new B2B clients in the construction, architecture, and interior design sectors.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and presentation to closing high-value commercial fit-out projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and building developers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and custom project proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure all project requirements are met within budget and timelines.
- Collaborate with internal design and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Attend industry networking events and trade shows to build market presence.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the furniture, construction, or interior design industry.
- Strong understanding of the commercial fit-out and construction supply chain in the Philippines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to hunt for new business and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Highly self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and strong time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Metro Manila as required.
