As a Sales Executive, you will be the bridge between the company's high-quality chemical solutions and the evolving needs of industrial clients. You will manage a designated territory, conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, and provide expert product guidance. We are looking for an individual who is not only a natural closer but also possesses the technical aptitude to understand complex chemical applications.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the chemical sector, building a robust sales pipeline.
- Provide technical product demonstrations and consultations to potential and existing clients.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the manufacturing and processing industries.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and commercial proposals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and increase market share.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met with precision and quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales within the chemical or manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of chemical products and their industrial applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to travel as required to visit client sites and industrial facilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
