Responsibility
- Proactively identify and engage potential merchants in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) to promote GoPay Merchant solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of GMA QRIS, GoPay Speaker, and Moka Kasir.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners to drive adoption and retention.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team KPIs through effective canvassing strategies.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and training, to ensure merchant satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and conversions in the company CRM.
- Stay updated on fintech trends and competitor offerings to position GoPay solutions effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, canvassing, or business development (fintech/payments industry is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital payment systems (QRIS, e-wallets) or POS solutions is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali (valid driver’s license and own transportation preferred).
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a bonus.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software tools quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or marketing is a plus.
