Responsibility
- Promote and sell BYD electric vehicles to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and sustainability advantages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct product presentations, test drives, and demonstrations to showcase the superior performance and technology of BYD vehicles.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service, including follow-ups, addressing customer concerns, and coordinating with service teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to effectively position BYD vehicles.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and events.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably with electric or luxury vehicles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge of electric vehicles, sustainable mobility, or automotive technology is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
