Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the building materials sector.
  • Follow up on warm leads to convert prospects into long-term customers through consultative selling.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations tailored to client specifications and project requirements.
  • Manage customer accounts, including order processing, delivery coordination, and post-sales support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, inventory) to ensure timely fulfillment of client orders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Visit client sites (as needed) to assess needs, present products, and address concerns.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue performance in CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in building materials, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
  • Class 3 driver’s license (mandatory) for client visits and on-site meetings.
  • Ability to prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales reports with precision.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Familiarity with building materials, construction processes, or technical product knowledge is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
