Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the Bali region (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Identify, engage, and convert new retail clients (hardware stores, building material suppliers) to distribute Bangun Indopralon Sukses products.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular visits, follow-ups, and exceptional customer service.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities in the Bali construction sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products through in-store displays, promotions, and digital campaigns.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and feedback to management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any client concerns or complaints professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials, construction, or retail industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Existing network of contacts with hardware stores, building material retailers, or contractors in Bali is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with the Bali market, including key areas such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Bali region to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
