Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the Bali region.
- Collaborate with distributor sales teams to promote Vinda's product portfolio effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely product replenishment to meet demand.
- Provide training and support to distributor teams to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Participate in trade shows, promotions, and marketing events to boost brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or retail sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and work flexible hours as needed.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
