Responsibility
- Identify and engage with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders to expand business opportunities in Bali.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive growth.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs in the local and regional landscape.
- Support the creation of compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business development goals and initiatives.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Represent the company at networking events, workshops, and industry conferences in Bali.
- Contribute to youth-focused programs by providing insights on career development and personal growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic understanding of sales pipelines, CRM tools, and market analysis (training provided).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Passion for youth development, career coaching, or education is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business ecosystem or willingness to relocate to the area.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
