Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Present and demonstrate products to clients, highlighting key features and benefits to drive sales.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand professional connections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the Bali region as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
