Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in the Bali and Nusa Tenggara regions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and contract closings to secure new accounts and expand existing ones.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the Bali or Nusa Tenggara region.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
