Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in the Bali and Nusa Tenggara regions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and contract closings to secure new accounts and expand existing ones.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the Bali or Nusa Tenggara region.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; knowledge of local dialects is a plus.
