Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and clients in Bali.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase Orro Homeās offerings.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to drive revenue growth.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home products or retail industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and nearby regions as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
