Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the Bali market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in Bali.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotional materials.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial, machinery, or related B2B sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
