Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including retail stores, hospitality businesses, and corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and customer insights to management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Represent Dapu Cell Indonesia at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail, consumer products, or FMCG industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure.
  • Familiarity with the Bali market and its business landscape is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
