Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and brand messaging.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and product knowledge to remain competitive.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
