As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential clients across designated segments. Your ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into compelling value propositions will be key to your success. Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele while contributing to the company’s strategic objectives.

Responsibility
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential customers within assigned market segments to expand business opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth technical consultations to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, and support) to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups, technical support, and upsell opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to position our offerings effectively.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven track record of 3+ years in technical sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the industrial, manufacturing, or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of technical products/services and the ability to articulate their benefits to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional Indonesian language skills are advantageous).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
