Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for automotive coating products in Bali.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including car dealerships, detailing shops, and luxury vehicle owners, to expand our customer base.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of IGL Coatingsā solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the local market.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the automotive, coatings, or luxury goods industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Basic understanding of automotive coatings, detailing, or related technical knowledge is advantageous.
- Valid driverās license and willingness to travel across Bali for client meetings and events.
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
